Gospel artiste and Piano maestro Patient Bizimana is on a tour of churches to promote his album dubbed “Ubwo buntu” which he released this year.

Gospel artiste and Piano maestro Patient Bizimana is on a tour of churches to promote his album dubbed "Ubwo buntu” which he released this year. The versatile musician has so far visited and performed at several churches in Kigali including Zion temple at Gatenga, Restoration church in Kimisagara, Restoration church at Gikondo and Restoration church at Masoro.

Speaking to The New Times, Bizimana said that his tour is scheduled to end with a visit to Gisenyi; his hometown.

The album, which is composed of eight songs, some of which feature popular gospel artistes, has already made it to the chats with songs like Ubwo buntu, Iyo neza and Amagambo yanjye. His hit song, King of Kings features renowned songstress Gabby Kamanzi.

Bizimana says that his promotional concerts in Kigali are in collaboration with a number of other Gospel artists and instrumentalists like; Justin Cubaka who plays the guitar and songstress Claire Uwambaye; a back-up singer.

Bizimana has enjoyed a good streak since 2013 when he bagged two awards; one as the Best Male Gospel Artiste of the Year 2013 and another for his song Menye Neza; which scooped Best Worship Song of the Year.
