Only to stir the much needed initiative, and to march in the right direction, a pointer to one among the possible stumbling blocks ahead: success in the community processing centres will be curtailed, without proper training in product research and development.
In addition to the huge amount of goodwill from everyone, even with physical infrastructure in place, to political, administrative, and monetary allocations, there also is a foundational need for a competent team of product developers, which is an indispensable pre-requisite.
I wonder if advisors and planners at NIRDA have taken this into consideration as well. And, if not, this beautiful scheme risks being nothing else but another of many improvisations around, with well foreseeable outcomes...
