Editor, Rwanda football continues to pay the cost of longstanding mediocrity of coaching staff, both at national team and club levels. How can we explain why Rwanda does not have today a competitive U23 team after the impressive U-17 who participated in the World Cup a few years back?

Rwanda football continues to pay the cost of longstanding mediocrity of coaching staff, both at national team and club levels. How can we explain why Rwanda does not have today a competitive U23 team after the impressive U-17 who participated in the World Cup a few years back?
Since then, the talented boys have been simply victims of no adequate coaching at all levels.
