Referto Junior Sabena Mutabazi’s article, "How can Rwanda leverage the rising Chinese wages?” (The New Times, May 21).

I thank Mr Mutabazi for penning an article full of substance and well argued case. Obviously, it requires policymakers and decisions for contextualisation of these ideas in everyday working life.

Of course, in order for the country to liberate its citizens, it is paramount to free them from poverty trap conditions that often lead fellow countrymen and women to despair.

I, therefore, hope that this article can be reexamined by those concerned.
