Nyagatare FC will be looking for maximum points when they host Heroes FC this afternoon on match-day 21 in the second division league Pool A match.
Nyagatare, under the guidance of Aimable Tuyisenge, are enjoying life in their maiden season in the second tier league as they stand second in pool A table standings with 37 points, two behind leaders, La Jeunesse, while Ndera-based Heroes FC are fifth with 35 points.
"Heroes FC are a good team, and we need to be at our best if we are to get all three points, but hopefully we shall get the win we want,” Tuyisenge told Times Sport on Tuesday.
Elsewhere in Pool A, table leaders La Jeunesse play away to third-placed United Stars at Kabagari grounds, while fourth-placed Aspor take on Vision Jeunesse at Tam-Tam playgrounds.
As it stands, La Jeunesse with 39 points lead pool A log while Bugesera tops pool B with 50 points.
