Rwanda needs to heavily invest in architecture sector. When you look at the fashion and style of the buildings on the story’s photo, it doesn’t only portray an ugly picture but it’s also expensive in terms of materials at the time of construction.

This is an outdated fashion or style of building. What bothers me is that even government buildings in some areas like Rusumo border are constructed in the same way.
