Crime rates have been reduced tremendously in Rwanda but even those who would like to try are always caught.

Thumbs up to the Rwanda National Police for engaging all of us through community policing; we as community policing volunteers do pledge to continue sharing information on crimes so that we can have a safer Rwanda. Kudos to the Police for all the good work they continue to do all over the country, the region and beyond.
