In the first place, the Public Accounts Committee should inquire from the Office of the Auditor General why it didn't carry out financial audits for RRA, RSSB, and BNR not until FY 2013/14 (Why now?).

Why does the Supreme Audit Institution hardly carry out value for money audit in key institutions like these? In other words, how many audit reports does the OAG have on shoddy projects since its establishment in 1998?

This brings us to another question: is there any hook for big fish who misappropriated tax payers money?
