The Bank of Kigali (BK) was the only active counter during yesterday’s trading session at the bourse, the daily Rwanda Stock Exchange report indicates.

The counter recorded a total turnover of Rwf3.1 million in turnover from 10,400 shares traded in three deals. It closed at Rwf295, unchanged from previous session.

The Bralirwa Equity Group Holdings counters were quiet yesterday, and so were Nation Media Group, KCB and Uchumi Supermarkets counters. The brewer recorded a total turnover of Rwf3.8 million from 10,800 shares traded into three deals at Rwf358 during the Tuesday trading session. Equity closed at Rwf430, the bank recorded a total turnover of Rwf43,000 from 100 shares traded in one deal at the last trading.

The Rwanda Stock Exchange Share Index and All Share Index were unchanged yesterday to close at 225.36 and 136.24 points, respectively.
