Rwandan singer Christiane Uwase Boukuru has announced that she will soon release a series of exciting music projects she has been working on.
The singer shared that the music she is working on is mainly about creating momentum, claiming her space in the world of artistry, and making music that many can relate to in the course of life.

"My creation is inspired by real life experiences; my already launched projects might give many a hint. The songs do not pin-point the exact experiences but it is a vague expression of relatable life experiences, whoever listens to it can mirror their lives through them,” she told The New Times.
"Music is an expression," she highlighted, "so, I use it to express feelings, worries, joy and gratitude and the incoming projects which listeners will soon get to hear, tell these stories."
The dates for new projects have not yet been disclosed however, the singer explained that it will be worth the time and will be the right time.
" Being raised in and around a church community has its perks, Sunday school and worship teams were my first training classes when it comes to music. The vocal arrangement , the discipline and stage presence all play a role in becoming the right singer at a given time,” she said.

The singer who is signed under MetroAfro record label, located in Portland, Dallas, with recording studios in Kigali pointed out that she grew up listening to Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Nina Simone, Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner and Etta James. Leading music groups, Hillsong, Elevation Worship and Planet Shakers were also her inspiration.
She attended local schools, including Byimana Filles, Lycee Notre dame de Citeaux, then went to Mount Kenya for her university, and is now pursuing her Masters education in Germany. She’s passionate about many things including, music, fashion, culture and art to say the least.
