Editor,
There is a great need to develop interest in literature among readers.
In the times of Twitter and Facebook, we have got accustomed to short messages and ignore the power and potential of language which finds its specific expressions in literature itself.
Shakespeare forged so many figures of speech which are now established in daily life language that it would be unthinkable to ignore him. Today, Literature is still an important resource of continuous renewal, a virtual space of linguistic experiences.
Rwanda would be a real space of this experience, where African and European literature could come together, where literature in English, French, Kinyarwanda and Swahili are able to come to a mutual exchange.
