Many parts of Karongi, northern parts of Nyamasheke and Nyamagabe, southern parts of Rutsiro, and some areas of Nyaruguru and Bugesera districts could face strong wind speeds ranging between 8 and 10 metres per second over the next 10 days, according to Rwanda Meteorology Agency.

Moderate to slightly strong wind speed ranging between 4 and 10 m/s is expected across the country while slightly strong wind speed ranging between 6 and 8 m/s is expected over many parts of the country.

Up to October 31, 2023, rainfall ranging between 100 and 120 millimetres is expected in Rusizi, Nyamasheke, Rutsiro, Rubavu, Musanze, and Burera districts, western parts of Nyabihu, Ngororero, Karongi, Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru and northern parts of Gakenke District.

Rainfall ranging between 80 and 100 mm is expected in the remaining parts of Western and Northern provinces except southern parts of Gicumbi, Rulindo, and Gakenke districts, parts of Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru, western Huye, Nyagatare District, and localised areas of Kirehe, Ngoma and Rwamagana districts.
The rainfall ranging between 20 and 40 mm is the lowest amount expected over eastern parts of Kayonza, Gatsibo, Nyagatare, Nyanza, Gisagara, and southern parts of Bugesera District.
The remaining parts of the country are expected to record rainfall ranging between 40 and 80 mm.
Many parts of Kigali City, Kamonyi, Bugesera, and Ngoma Districts, eastern parts of Nyagatare, Gatsibo, Kayonza, and southern parts of Rwamagana, Amayaga region, and Bugarama plain are expected to experience higher maximum temperature ranging between 28°C and 30°C.
