Art lovers will have themselves to blame if they fail to attend the on-going art exhibition at the Kigali Serena Hotel.
More than twelve Rwandan painters have been exhibiting their work at the five-star hotel since April 7 for people who love, understand and appreciate art to come and buy.

"The paintings carry different messages according to one’s interpretation and appreciation,” said Pearl Karungi, one of the painters whose art work is also on display.

She said it is possible for one to acquire a painting at prices ranging between US$ 30 (about Rwf 22,000) and US$ 1,000 (about Rwf 720,000) each. Most of the paintings could be used for decoration in houses, offices or kept as antique.
The exhibition is on till the April 17.
