Rwanda is exposed to different cultures from globalised perspectives. Shall we continue keeping quiet when such harmful habits are rising?

It is good to point out bad manners but I do believe that strategic measures need to be taken in order to stop alcohol abuse among our young girls and boys and, therefore, preserve our values and future.
