A new theme night will be launched this Saturday at K-Club in Nyarutarama. The monthly theme night dubbed, ‘Prime Saturdays’, which will be unveiled at the plush Nyarutarama-based club, will feature prominent DJs from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Burundi, playing alongside their Rwandan counterparts.

The monthly theme night dubbed, ‘Prime Saturdays’, which will be unveiled at the plush Nyarutarama-based club, will feature prominent DJs from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Burundi, playing alongside their Rwandan counterparts.
According to VJ Nano of Urban Entertainment, the organisers of the night, Prime Saturdays will be taking place every last Saturday of the month to coincide with community work, commonly known as ‘Umuganda.’
The inaugural night on Saturday will feature celebrated Ugandan DJ Aludah.
Prime Saturdays at K-Club are powered by Heineken and are expected to run till December.
According to VJ Nano, Heineken will sponsor the first three nights and if they become a success, they will sponsor the theme night until the end of the year.
DJ Aludah has made a name across the region and continent as one of Channel O’s resident DJ’s. The Ugandan spin master was also the official DJ of Big Brother Africa 2014.
He will play alongside DJ Soft, DJ Gomes, DJ Ronny, DJ Yello and VJ Nano. Prime Saturday’s will also feature surprise performances. Entrance fee will be Rwf5, 000.
