There is need to clarify the scope of areas covered by international studies. Otherwise this is a one-time offer that Rwandans have to take advantage of.

Well said Mr. Rwamasirabo, and given sound planning for human capital development at University of Rwanda as well as the whole country, it doesn’t make any sense for everyone to persue international studies; it would be nice if the scope covered more other areas that are prioritised in Rwanda’s development agenda.
