Bank of Kigali was selected as the Best Service Provider2014 at the annual survey of best and worst service providers, organized by ServiceMag. The survey, which was organized for the third time  the public select the highs and lows in customer care in a wide range of categories; banking services, air transport, insurance, healthcare/ hospital, hotel services, restaurants, internet service provider, telephone service provider, government agencies, and media.

The colorful ceremony was held at Serena Kigali and the Chief Guest at the event was Minister of Trade and Commerce Kanimba Francois. Also present was RDB’s Chief OperatingOffir, Clare Akamanzi who congratulated the Bank and commended the professionalism and excellent customer service in the banking sector.
