Today, all roads will lead to La Palisse Nyandungu for the mouth watering Nyama Choma Festival, at 11a.m.

The festival will bring together meat lovers for a day of fun, music and socialising. Entrance fee is Rwf2,000 in the ordinary section, with a free drink or Nyama Choma at the gate, and Rwf5,000 in the VIP wing, with free Nyama Choma and a drink at the gate.

Festival goers will be treated to a variety of sumptuous grilled meats from chicken, goat, fish and beef as well as great entertainment by local DJs - Nano, Alex, Inno and rapper Jay Polly.

The other highlights of the event will include a karaoke competition with exciting prizes.

"People should come and experience a lot of new things. The festival is affordable. VIPs will also be hosted at K club after the event,” says Zacharia Mswati, the manager of Gather Ink, the organizers of the event.

Bralirwa are the sponsors of the festival, taking place in Rwanda for the first time, after its success in Mwanza in 2012.
