Well done Pascal Gatabazi and the team at Tumba College of Technology (TCT).

I know it’s been a learning journey for you as well as TCT team and that TCT needs to be as dynamic as possible so you can stay relevant and be able to know if the skills the institution is giving the youth are required in Rwandan economy.

If the skills are relevant, it means the graduates will find jobs and or will start their small scale businesses.

How are you working with the private sector and employers? Aligning your training to the labour market needs is mandatory.

I know it is always easier said than done, but ensuring that your graduates have practical skills required in the economy necessitates TCT to keep abreast with the private sector, including initiating internships for your students in the private sector, undertaking road shows where you exhibit the skills your trainees have to the public....keep vibrant and dynamic.
