It is indeed very frustrating and the situation has taken very long without any prospects of a positive change. I also heard that Rwandans with dual citizenship are denied South African visas because they happen to also be "Rwandans”. This is total madness.

The average South African has no clue of what is happening, and those that could request for a change from their politicians have no reason to do so as they are not affected. It could only be fair that we reciprocate and refuse them entry into Rwanda, period.

We urge our government to give this a thought and act accordingly.
