"Urban Boys have signed contracts to perform at both Kaizen and Top Chef, in order to raise the clubs’ number of customers,” confirmed Richard Nsegumuremyi, the group’s manager.
Urban Boyz is an all boy R&B and Afropop group, consisting of three members James Manzi (Humble Jizzo), Safi Niyibikora (Safi Lee) and Muhammed Nshimiyimana (Nizzo).
The trio will perform in a show dubbed, Urban Night.
According to Nsengayire Jean de dieu, the proprietor of Kaizen, the four-month contract begins Sunday, March 1 at Top Chef.
The group will perform at Kaizen every Thursday from 6pm and, Sundays at Top Chef. Entrance fee at both nightclubs is Rwf2000 (single) and Rwf3000 (couple).
They will perform alongside the clubs’ resident DJs, Pius, Africa, Drek, and Kadir.
Meanwhile, Urban Boys pulled out of the Primus Guma Guma Superstar competition to focus on their music projects.
