UNR  v  Espoir

KIE   v  Rubavu
Karubanda v  UNR

APR’s unbeaten run is at stake this evening as they take on CSK at Amahoro indoor stadium.

The 2006 champions won the first contest by a 22-point margin but are well aware that today’s game is not straight forward.

With the likes of Crispin Gishoma and Gerol Ndugu, the indomitable lions’ coach Cliff Owuor says that the club has to be on guard against last year’s finalists.

"CSK have some very good players in Gishoma and Ndugu and can be a very difficult side to beat on their day so we have to be very careful,” APR’s coach Cliff Owuor reckoned.

Ahead of the tie, Gishoma also said, "It is not going to be easy because they (APR) are on top of their game.

Everything seems to be clicking for them on the court.”
Should the former champions win today, it will be their tenth win on the trot.

In the other ties, Espoir are away to National University of Rwanda (UNR) while Kigali Marine hosts Kigali Institute of Education (KIE).

The defending champions (Marine) are desperate for a quick comeback after last Saturday’s defeat over APR.

Meanwhile, in the ladies’ fray, KIE hosts Rubavu while UNR is away to Karubanda.
