Reference is made to Sunny Ntayombya’s article, "HRW 2015 Report: Why so much dishonesty, Mr. Roth?” (The New Times, February 4).

In an op-ed in The New York Times by Roberts L. Bernstein (the founder of Human Rights Watch), published on October 20, 2009, he made clear that he was leaving the organisation he created because it had become a refuge for thugs who say what they have no proof of.

Indeed Human Rights Watch is nothing more than a thug’s sinecure.

I think Mr Ntayombya for trying to counter the HRW’s World Report 2015. However, more efforts are required to effectively dispel this kind of propaganda that is clearly trying to front certain interests.

We need people to write more substantively by providing facts on all or most of the allegations and not resign to fate.

We are clearly guarding our hard earned freedom and will leave no stone unturned in bring to justice those who deserve it.
