The Americans would say, "Tell it to the sailors, the marines won’t believe it.”

Can someone travel between two continents, thousands of miles and possibly with several thousands of dollars to treat an injured arm and then forget the name of the medical doctor and that of the hospital? How is that possible?

This suspect must be kidding. Arraign her in the courts of law so that the latter determines whether what she is saying is true or not.
