Allow me to react to the article, "Govt mulls halving 4G LTE Internet price” (The New Times, January 30).

Halving prices is not enough! Today, people want and need uninterrupted (unlimited) internet at whatever plan they subscribe to. To achieve that, I would recommend that instead of just halving prices, they should offer the option of throttling down the speed when one’s data plan is depleted for the rest of the month.

This is the only way to attract and retain customers in this industry, and this was the only reason I cancelled my subscription to LTE and opted back to 3G data packs.
