Why do people choose to invest their money in illegal and seemingly impossible ventures? Imagine if the arrested fellow is the very person who’s been the sole bread winner of his family!

I am forced to believe that preventing such crimes is not only in line with ensuring security but also indirectly protecting other people (family members) from all these consequences.Let’s all join hands with Rwanda National Police to fight the vice.
