Monday, January 26, saw the start of the new School Year after a holiday of over two months. In order to help students prepare for class early, Rwanda Education Board instructed students to start travelling to their respective schools last weekend. Transport companies also ensured that students were given priority. But did parents and students cooperate? Was the whole operation successful?
