Narcotic drugs are a serious threat to security in communities because drug addicts can easily turn into criminals who snatch handbags from women and girls and involved in all sorts of criminal offences.

I am quite confident that the vice can be stopped in the country; however, concerted efforts are needed to ensure our youth are prevented from the hazardous substance. You have my support, Rwanda National Police!
