This team is a God-send and Northern Corridor citizens and other foreign residents had better recognise it and take advantage of these opportunities provided by the leadership of these gentlemen.
Meanwhile, the enemy is attempting to use FDLR and Al-Shabaab terrorists to derail the plans of these leaders. But we are following their activities very closely and we shall also do our best to make sure the enemy is disgracefully defeated.

We (Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya) must appreciate the good visionary leaders (Paul Kagame, Yoweri Museveni, and Uhuru Kenyatta) we have.
Regional integration had always been indeed required, a good foundation has been well built and the stage of enjoying fruits of regional integration is this, and more is yet to come.
Let’s maintain peace and security of our peoples. Long live our Presidents.

This is a very confusing story that left key questions unanswered.
First, were the roaming charges scrapped (as the headline suggests) or were they only reduced?
Second, is the Rwandan student (Karemera) in Uganda using a Rwandan SIM card to communicate to his parents back in Rwanda? If yes, where is it mentioned that telecom firms in Rwanda also scrapped/reduced the roaming charges?
Third, how important is this news to Rwandans?

I should be asking the same question as Stella Mahe’s. How are Rwandans going to benefit?
Does it mean that when one travels to Uganda with a Rwandan SIM card they will be able to receive from and make calls to Rwanda without the funny roaming charges that have always been incurred previously?
