KIYOVU FOOTBALL CLUB yesterday signed their former player Hussein Sibomana on a six month contract, with an option of extending the deal.
The central midfielder was released by Rayon Sport at the end of last season.
Sibomana has been training with the Nyamirambo based side for the last 3 months and according to officials at Kiyovu, he has impressed during that time.
"He still has the skill and the ability to perform, there is no doubt that he will add value to our team,” Kiyovu Secretary General Mudi Byumvunore said.
The 26-year-old ex-Amavubi international left Kiyovu for Rayon Sports in 2011 where he played for 2 seasons before he was released.
Meanwhile Kiyovu Secretary General refused to disclose how much the tough tackling midfielder will be earning but stressed that he is among the club’s high earners because of his seniority and experience.
Kiyovu is in ninth position on the national league table with 16 points in 12 matches played.
