Develop sectors where TVET skills will be applied

The idea to produce graduates who have hands-on knowledge is a good one if unemployment is to be tackled, but this should follow a developed secondary sector to ensure that this skilled labour force has a place to apply the skills.
In this case, parents will stop looking at TVET as the last resort for their kids and it will also encourage students to pursue TVET courses.
