ICTR should hand all cases to Rwanda

Editor,
Talk about Waste of global taxpayers’ money in the interest of the legal fraternity, not of justice.
They should just have referred all the remaining cases to the only jurisdiction that has the legitimacy and interest to try them; Rwanda.
This should include withdrawal of cases referred for trial to France, which has demonstrated a singular and fully comprehensible lack of interest in trying its own allies for a crime that it too should be in the dock for, and transferring them to Rwanda for trial.
