Editor,
This is the way to go, thanks to Rwanda Development Board. When I dream of Rwanda 10 years from now, I see a country which is home to the world’s most profitable multinationals, skyscrapers hosting offices of international companies and development agencies, UN agencies, among others.
We may not have big industries but one thing I know is that we have the capacity to be a trade and services hub for Africa—this is a result of good governance, reliable security and working institutions that we do have today in Rwanda.

I find this a great discussion. Strategic partnerships with the Diaspora community would be a "great” first step, allocating financial resources to these partnerships would be a great "second” step, and investing in value added solutions where the comparative advantage and market exist would be a "lasting” third step.
