Cogebanque, one of Rwanda’s leading commercial banks celebrated the annual Customer Service Week with a closing event on Friday, October 6.

The event brought together dedicated clients and officials from the bank at Cogebanque’s Headquarters.

At this joyous occasion, clients and bank representatives gathered to share cake and refreshments. The bank went the extra mile by awarding prizes, recognizing the loyalty and trust of its customers. Special prizes were reserved for those who had opened accounts earlier this year during the "Tugendane" campaign.

These coveted rewards included Cogebanque gift bags, smartphones, tablets, and sports bicycles.

According to Cogebanque officials, Customer Service Week serves as a global platform to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of their clients. It also shines a spotlight on the collaborative spirit of the bank&039;s dedicated team.

Charles Butera, a long-standing Cogebanque client who received one of the awards, shared his thoughts. Today, they awarded me a sports bicycle, which is not just a fitness tool but also symbolic of their support for events like the Tour du Rwanda.
