Movie enthusiasts are in for a special treat this month, as Hillywood releases several films highlighting Rwanda’s rich culture and values.

One of these fascinating and inspiring documentaries is a musical film entitled, Intore.

According to Eric Kabera, the managing director at Hillywood, the documentary shows the resilience and inner strength of Rwandans who have beat the odds and rebuilt their country which was destroyed during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.

Kabera said that it’s important that Rwandans embrace this documentary as a platform for portraying their own history so that the facts are not distorted by the self-seeking people.

Intore was produced with the support of the Dutch embassy and the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
