I agree with national volleyball coach Paul Bitok. We are talented in volleyball but we do not have volleyball logistics and infrastructure while the federation and the Ministry of Sports do not care about volleyball.

An easy example is the amount of money that the champion club gets. Imagine Rwf300, 000; it’s really shameful. And imagine a volleyball player who earns Rwf40, 000 per month; is this a good motivation for a talented young player to love what they are doing?
