Seven clubs will take part in this year’s Kigali Sharks 7s rugby tournament slated for November 15 at Utexrwa grounds, according to the event organisers.

Defending champions Lion de Fer will face competition from hosts Kigali Sharks and Remera Buffaloes, teams that have won the tourney previously as well up country teams like Puma, UR Grizzlies, Muhanga and newly formed Thousand Hills rugby club.

"We have already made the reservation and I believe that this year’s edition will be better and well organised compared to last year,” said Kigali Sharks club president Janvier Ugeziwe.
