The 44-year-old is the director of health at Rubavu Hospital in Rubavu District.
"I was planning to secure a bank loan to buy a car; but all that changed last week after receiving a call from MTN informing me I had won a car,” said the father of three. Ngirumpatse received his car on Tuesday at Petite Barriere in Rubavu town.
The MTN Sharama competition started on October 9 and will run for three months. Ten more cars and other prizes worth millions of francs are still up for grabs.
