Kigali Cricket Club captain Hassan Zaki has vowed to register a win over Victory Cricket Club at the ongoing UA Exchange and Express Money 50 over premier league game today at the Kicukiro cricket oval.

Both teams have not registered any win after losing their opening games. The winner of this fixture will increase their chances of advancing to the next stage.

"Victory is a good side with outstanding pedigree in cricket. We therefore need to be at our best,” explained Zaki in an interview.

Zaki confirmed that his side has no injury worries and his teammates are ready to take on Victory in a bid to continue with their hunt for the trophy this season.

Victory’s Andre Kayitera is also very optimistic that they can go on to get the three points from today's game.

"We have worked on all the areas that made us lose our first match and I believe we can outplay Kigali Cricket Club and win the game,” said Kayitera.

Kayitera further added that if they do the things they do in training, they will surely win the game however, it is going to be a tough challenge.
