In a message posted on his Twitter feed today, President Museveni hailed solidarity and joint development projects between East African nations. "I am very happy that East African countries are working together on infrastructure development. I wish all Ugandans happy celebrations.”
Today marks Kagame’s third day in Uganda with the Head of State having participated in other high-level events, including the 7th summit of the Northern Corridor Integration Projects yesterday, as well as a Rwanda-Uganda business forum on Tuesday.
