I am congratulating the people of Rwanda, especially President Paul Kagame and his entire government, for the current developments in the country.

I am personally a Rwandan who believes that achieving more developments will demand more but mostly skilled participation of more Rwandans.

It’s in this regard that I intend to directly address the President and inform him that I have acquired science and technological skills over the years in the US, and that I am willing to pass on such skills, especially to the Rwandan youth, if I am given the opportunity.

I previously tried to contact our embassy here in the USA seeking an appointment with the officials for me to demonstrate my skills that I intend to pass on to the Rwandan youth.

My science and technological skills are very essential in continuous journey of development of our nation. My skills are centred on designing and building of auto engines that can be vital in the daily production processes.

Mr. President, if at all you manage to get my message and the value it contains, I am ready to follow up with any appointment to meet with any officer from the Rwandan Embassy here in the US for me to demonstrate what my capability is in this regard.Thank you.
