3E Power is an Energy Development Company, that initially offered consultancy/advocacy services with focus on sustainable energy access, efficient energy supply and management. The Founder and CEO, ERIC KARININGUFU gives a brief insight into the activities of the company.

3E Power saw an opportunity to play a bigger role than advocacy and be an active player in the industry. Rwanda was the best place to start given the need (only 110MW of power generation for a population of 11 million), a strategy in place to develop the energy sector (EDPRS II, National Energy Policy, Energy Strategic Plan) and a friendly business environment.
