The deceased worked at radio Inkoramutima and Isango Star before joining Family Television, where he was working at the time of his death.
Gospel artiste Bizimana says the late Kanyamibwa was an inspiration and a pillar in gospel music industry.
"He promoted my music, and supported my concerts greatly. I am glad to be part of the team organising this concert; we will not be mourning, but celebrating his life, his selfless commitment toward the Kingdom of God, and also showing his family that we honor and appreciate what Kanyamibwa did for us as gospel singers,” Bizimana.
Born on May5, 1982, in Rubavu town, Western Province near DR Congo border, Kanyamibwa married Jeanine Keza Mukabacondo in November 2009.
