I think it’s important to highlight areas where Rwanda has performed exceptionally well over the years. However, it’s even more important that we know where we are lagging so we can improve accordingly.

As such, we need The New Times to run a comprehensive article on where we are weak and what policies are in place to address that.

We can’t move forward without self-evaluation.
