Editor, I consider such an article to be informative to the reader when it shows how a good tradition in Rwanda can be used in other countries with success. However, the author misleads the readership by claiming that umuganda has gone continental but mentions only three countries where the idea has been tested.

I consider such an article to be informative to the reader when it shows how a good tradition in Rwanda can be used in other countries with success. However, the author misleads the readership by claiming that umuganda has gone continental but mentions only three countries where the idea has been tested.
Does testing an idea or a concept in a few countries make it continental? The author fails to show his readership why umuganda has been successful in Rwanda during the last two decades, and whether such reasoning can be extrapolated and applied to the three countries and continent with success.
Readers expect more on why umuganda has been a success in our country, and so we will be proud to tell the world what they should learn from us.
