Louis Van Gaal is no doubt one of the most experienced coaches in Europe and in the world.

He has not won many trophies as compared to Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger, and the German coach Otmar Hitsfield among a host of top coaches in Europe but he is known for his discipline and high level of work rate on the team.

The former Dutch coach silenced critics with good displays from his team during the concluded 2014 World Cup in Brazil where the Netherlands finished in the third position.

Before the start of the world cup, LVG had already been signed by Manchester united and tipped as a man to resurrect lost pride from Old Trafford faithful.

After the World Cup, LVG did not take a break or vacation after long World Cup preparations and the tournament. He chose to fly directly from Brazil to Manchester so as to start his overhaul as new manager or head coach of the club.

Ever since his arrival at Old Trafford, we have seen massive exodus at united with new arrivals and exits. The likes of Danny Welbeck, Xavi Hernandez, Shinji Kagawa, Patrice Evra, and Tom Cleverly among others have left Manchester United.

However, Louis Van Gaal is aware that money does not buy success in football based on previous experience with Manchester city among a host of billionaire owned football clubs.

Looking at how things have gone for Manchester united especially during the start of 2014-2015 premier league season, you realize that united is in real panic to collect points and avoid early slip-ups.

In their opening three games, Manchester united has lost one game and drew twice. They have only managed two points out of the possible 9 points where as the blues under the return of Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho are beaming with 9 out of 9 points with massive goal difference.

Under Sir Alex Ferguson, Manchester united was seen as nursery bed and base of development for young English players but LVG seem to be contrary with this system as his new revival plan has seen young English stars leave the club.

Under this circumstance, LVG can be labeled a coward to allow youngster like Danny Welbeck join rivals Arsenal on the deadline transfer day following the arrival of Radamel Falcao from Monaco.

Danny Welbeck is a talented player with massive physical strength and pace; he might be struggling now but he is the kind of player who can be easily transformed into a sharp weapon upfront and am sure will improve at Arsenal.

He is one of the fastest strikers in English football and the whole of Europe. LVG might have opted for experience to sign Falcao on the expense of the English man but feel it is a mistake.

Falcao is a good player but he is replaceable; I mean many players can fill in his boot as seen during the concluded 2014 world cup where various Colombian stars performed well in his absence.

Danny Welbeck can emulate Thierry Henry at Arsenal and will improve Arsenal attack in every sense. In modern football, you do not lose a sharp weapon to the potential opponent and we have already seen this on the deadline day.
