Rwandan music sensation, The Ben, landed in Bujumbura, Burundi, on Wednesday, September 27, accompanied by his wife, Pamella Uwicyeza. As soon as they touched down, the couple was greeted with an overwhelming reception from eager fans.

The airport was swarmed by fans who sought to capture moments with the artiste. After conducting a press conference with local and regional media, The Ben was given a motorcade to tour the streets of Bujumbura and greet fans who had gathered in anticipation.

The journey was an intense one, with streets packed with enthusiastic fans eager to catch a glimpse of the artiste.

The Ben is set to headline a concert in Burundi where he will share the stage with renowned Burundian musicians Big Fizzo and Sat B. The event will also feature performances by DJ Diallo, DJ Lamper, Bushali, Babo, Shemi, Romy Jons (the official DJ for Tanzanian sensation Diamond Platnumz), and Lino G, an emerging talent from Burundi.

During the press conference, The Ben expressed his delight at the warm reception from Burundians. "I&039;m genuinely thrilled by the incredible reception I've received from the people of Burundi. The love and warmth I've encountered feel like I'm right at home. I'm eagerly prepared to give you all an unforgettable performance.

"It's an absolute pleasure to share the stage with one of Burundi's finest artistes, Big Fizzo, who personally came to welcome me. He's not only a dear friend but also a source of inspiration. I have a close relationship with Sat-B as well, and we're all excited about this show. As for Lino G, I wasn't familiar with his work before the concert, but after checking out his music, I'm convinced he has a promising future ahead," The Ben added.

The highly anticipated concert is scheduled for Sunday, October 1, at Jardin Public. Entry fees range from Bif10,000 for regular tickets to Bif50,000 for VIP access. Tables for six and eight people are also available, with prices at Bif500,000 and Bif1.5 million, respectively.

Before the main concert, The Ben has planned a special pre-concert event on Saturday, September 30, to meet and interact with his dedicated fans. Tickets for this event are priced at Bif100,000, with the option of booking a table for eight people, including two bottles of champagne, for Bif2 million. For those looking for an exclusive experience, there is an option to purchase a Bif10 million (more than Rwf4.2 million) ticket for 10 people.

Burundi's media scene hinted that it is rare to get a welcome in Bujumbura like The Ben's.
