Refer to the story, "Rwanda still most competitive economy in East Africa – WEF report” published by The New Times online on September 3.

I love my country. I cherish the economic progress that still surpasses human understanding. The question elsewhere is: How can Rwanda come out of the effects of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and be able to progress at such speed?
