Research project to facilitate students opened in Muhanga

MUHANGA —  A new research agency, Projects Research, Works and Translation Enterprise (PRWTE) is set to develop student’s academic ideas and dissertations into authentic business plans and proposals.

The agency’s Proprietor and Director General, Gerard Nsengiyumva said this after PRWTE launched it’s activities in the Southern Province.

One of the agency’s projects that opened service to Muhanga residents on the 11th of August, will offer research services, project works and preparation of business plans. The agency will also offer translation service in the region.

Nsengiyumva, said that the project will respond to the needs of the private sector and institutions and is aimed at increasing the quality of project research works, create jobs for youths, and develop the private sector towards vision2020 with new innovative ideas”

"Our services are quality and PRWTE has expertise in the research works. The project targets the private sector, universities and high institutions of learning and create a network for employment under the Youth Employment Program (YEP)” Nsengiyumva said.

In the YEP program, Nsengiyumva stated that university students in the province will be able to get jobs once they join the network which will link the employers and potential employees.

He added that the project resources are personal funds and contributions from Rwandans. However the project has requested for partnership with government institutions like Capmer, Riepa, and the Private sector federation (PSF).

The project will expand its activities into other provinces countrywide.
