We, the readers, don’t expect The New Times to just report that the big fish are not being included on the list of the Ombudsman’s Office (for corruption convicts). It’s the same thing year in year out.

We understand that the Ombudsman may have failed in this regard but we expect The New Times to do investigative stories about corrupt officials.

And, we know that you’re able to do it.

We must appreciate that Rwanda is making progress regarding this vice but we still haven’t seen much in terms of reporting major corruption cases. Can someone do something about it?
